Blocking Customer Care Numbers

I am Sankar Saha and I am a subscriber of Airtel Prepaid services. The connection has been taken under my name but my son is the user of the connection.

I find that their toll free helpline 198 has been barred on my number on 1st Nov and the number has not been unblocked after 25 days.

I cannot disclose the number due to lack of privacy.
