I recharged my account wid 75 rs on 1st december n then i had total balance of rs121 in my account and then suddenly after 1 hour my balance became 0 and then i went to airtel store 4-5 times but i didnt get ny perfect reply and did t get my balance which got reduced like that only i didnot had and other services also i just had airtel gprs but i had 2 gb free in that too for usage as i activated my airtel gprs on 1 st dec only please help me because these airtel is reducing my balance like that only

previously also they reduced 20-30 rs from my account and at that time also i didnot get any refund and i even talked with mr.rajesh

And mr.shahdab

But they both didnt Help me

I jus recharged wid rs 100 on 27nov n rs 75 and rs98 on 1st dec??

I cant afford to lose my recharge all time by your company

Last time it was some 30 rs so i ignored because i didnt wanted to get harassed by your company but this time the amount ia not that small so i cant afford it.

And i am using airtel since last 5 years and you treat this way to your old customers.?

Please give me my 121 rs back?
