Sub :- Unauthorised Balance Deduction on 8800306114.
With Reff. to above subject, last day i.e Thursday a msg in on my mobile.(Thanks for using News subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. ) i ignored the msg but your firm has deduct the Rs 10., then i will ignored and request to call - center, kindly de-activate the News Subscription service, then friday evening the same msg on my mobile and deduct my Rs 10 again.
Atlast i will call the call - center, but no positive response, so i would to request, so kindly return the balance of Rs.20 in 2 days on my account., if you are failed to return my balance Rs 20., so i feel you are pressurized to go to Consumer Cell Aganst Unauthorised Balance Deduction...
