From last 2 days I have been charged Re.10/- per day towards News Subscription.
On 3rd Feb I contacted Airtel customer care (121), and requested to unsubscribe cancell all promotional Services from Airtel...
On 3rd Feb I got a message from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for using News subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re.10", but I never opted for any kind of subscription from Airtel.
Yesterday (4th Feb) I again called 121 three times to unsubscribe from 54321, But again today evening I got the same SMS and Re: 10/- deducted from my account.
The Airtel employees who received my calls (to 121) yesterday were speaking so rudely that they were not listening to my problem. Instead of resolving my problem, they were teasing me saying that you customers don't know how to use your mobile phones, simply you guys activate some service and then you come back and eat out head. I guess this is how Airtel trained their customer care employees. All of them disconnected the call without resolving the issue.
The 1st person who received my call was telling that I will contact with u our senior stafff, bt they did not transfer the call from senior, nd disconnect the call.
If I didnot get any response from your end in 2 days (I just want my money back), I am going to log a complaint against Airtel in Consumer Court.
Don't think that by having a new logo and new appearance Airtel can attaract new customers. First provide proper service to existing customers and try to retain them. I think it is better to go for some other service provider instead of getting the worst service in the telecom industry.
