Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail after the airtel customer care failed to help me after repeated requests. Below are the points which require immediate attention :
1. I am shocked to see the service and the attitude of the executives as they dont want to answer and used to give warning like whether you want to get the complaint resolved or not? This is really ridiculous and when i had registered the complaint about the behaviour of the executive, i was told that i will be updated about the status by next day. But there is no resolution yet. And when i called to know the status, The executive told me that they have system that the complaint resolution TAT gets 24hrs extended in case of technical fault and they even don't bother to inform the customer about this within the commited time. I think they are not trained to speak properly and have only one answer that "your complaint have been written and action will be taken", when they dont have any
answer.
2. The day from the 50 paise for 3 mins. Have been started the time to reach the executive and the time to put the call on hold has been increased noticebly. No wonder for the sake of these 50 paise only.
3. Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account on 6th feb. for voice chat subsciption which i had never subscribed. For this i had registered complaint and i was assured that the waiver request has been put and this will be resolved by 10th before 4:37 p.m. As expected this was not done and no revert was received from airtel. When i called next morning i was told that this cannot be refunded. How can they charge this for the service which i have not opted and when i was assured about waiver by your employee only. Tell me whom should i beleive?
4. I had subscribed GPRS pack for one week but there was no internet connectivity for almost 5 days and after long followup i used it for last days. But they have deducet rs. 22 again for the renewal without my permission. This is after suffering regarding the connectivity issue. Atleat they should ask the customer that whether he/she was satisfied with the services and thus he/she want to renew the service but who cares about all this and Airtel only know the ways to screw the customer and put them in a help less situation.
I have 10 Airtel connections in my family and i am going to change all the connections to better service provider so that my family members would not suffer such harrasment which i had to face.
Hope you would listen me and try to resolve my above points and give reply on these otherwise i have to look for TRAI, NODAL Officer or consumer courts as now all have started their online procedures also.
