Fraudulent Reduction of Amount anonymously

Hi,

I am B Chandrasekar, Karur, Tamilnadu-639001. I am using Airtel prepaid Mobile # 9894326428

I am deducted Rs.99 Rs.50 Rs.30 = Rs.179 for Un-wanted reasons by Airtel AD-54321 Serivces.

Day 1 : 23/03 Deducted for downloading Games Rs. 99 which i had not Requested/Registered/Downloaded any games.

I Made a compaint to Airtel Customer care but no complaint number was provided but the executive promised to return the amount of Rs.99 back to my mobile account before 25/03. But no amount has been credited back as promised.

Day 2: 25/03 Deducted Rs.50 which i had not Requested/Registered/Downloaded any services

Day 3: 26/03 Deducted for renew video_mod services Rs.30 Which i had not Requested/Registered/Downloaded any services.

Again made a compaint to Airtel Customer care another executive explained about the issue and demanded for a complaint number but no complaint number was provided but the executive promised to return the amount Rs.179 back to my account before 28/03.But no amount has been credited back.

Totally i lost Rs.179 where my balance got deducted for nothing. This is truly a cheating/money laundering by Bharti Airtel.

Why there is no verification or authentication service for deducting amount from my prepaid account balance. Who gave the authority to deduct amount from my account and It is happening often recently.

From one person if airtel is able to steel Rs.179 Rupees think of the amount if it happens to several thousands. This is a serious issue for us and the public.

I am having Airtel GPRS connection activated with Rs.98 data pack. what is the necessity for me to browse through Airtel live and get paid downloads.

Are we customers looking crazy for you?

I am totally disappointed with airtel amount deduction activities. This is truly a unfaithful action and shame on airtel for such intolerant responses. Airtel is not worried about the customer satisfaction and loses they are facing.

The lose is so high and the i need to defend myself until i get my money back. Even i am ready to go for Consumer Court for this issue.
