This is an ongoing issue for quite sometime with Airtel inspite of repeated requests to them to stop deducting illegal charges from the pre-paid connection I have with them. Last time I gave complaint regarding automated jokesfrom their AirtelLive (55382) charging me Rs.30/month and Re.1/joke after which they credited my account with Rs.10 only for the blunder they had committed. However, they have again sent a message from 543211 (Airtel) on 6 April @ 16:26hrs (4:26pm) saying ''Welcome to HelloTunes. You have been charged Rs.10 for 10 days. You will be charged Rs.30/month on next renewal.''
My phone was recharged with Rs.350 full talktime but now the balance is left with just Rs.45 approx. Kindly consider this as an offence as airtel is harassing mentally by unwanted calls, unwanted messages and services which are not asked for.
I therefore, request you to take stern action on them and make them reimburse the whole amount at the earliest as this is not the first time this has happened.
