I requested Airtel to add IP Tv to my existing braodband and land line connection No. 0120-4346959 on 15.02.2011. After getting confirmation for installation i ran sfter everybody to get the IP TV installed. I made atleast 100 calls to all concerned. but to no avail. In the meantime, my cheque for Rs 1750/ was encahsed on 25.02.2011 from Corporation Bank. At last on 28.02. the IP TV was installed but seeing the poor service, i decided to get the IP TV disconnected then and there and after getting the disconnection confirmation, i was told that my amount of Rs 1750/- will be adjusted in my two next bills for Landline/Broadband.
Since then i have started recieveing calls on very regular basis from various numbers claiming to be from Airtel regarding outstanding balance against me. When i talked to each and every caller, he looked to be convinnced and was satisfied. but very next our i will get another call regarding the same. This has amounted to harssment.
Meanwhile, my connection was disconnected on 30th March and is disconnected till date.
Yesterday i got an agressive call from Airtel who told me that the bill amount has gone to more than Rs 4500/ . when i tried to argue with him, he threatend to send recovery agents etc.
Mr Abhishek called me from 0120 4222603 on 16.04.2011and after talking a lot and assuriong a lot, he requested me to deposit an amount of Rs 577/ as final payment after making necessary adjustments and told me that my line will be activated within 6 hours.
The company executive collected the cheque from my house and the same was encahsed.
i request to all concerned who can take some step to take step.
