We have already send a complaint on [email protected], for which other than acknowledgment we haven't received any answer.
Issue happened in following steps:
1. SMS Pack not started for Mob: 9560200711 in Dec.
2. For that bill Generated of Rs 3600/- only SMS (Total Bill 6192/-).
3. Mobile Number Got disconnected.
4. Filed a complaint at [email protected] at 22 April
5. Received Outstanding Dues letter from Airtel
Mentioned Call to
a) Mr. Ashwani Gandhi. No: 9650394672
b) Mr. Raj Kumar No: 9818217211
6. We had a discussion with Mr. Mr. Ashwani Gandhi and a lady receiving the call.
They committed a wavier of 3092/- and asked to make the balance payment.
7. After this payment your number would be restored as we are facing loss to our company (marketing no).
The only Problem is Now Mr. Ashwani and the lady are denying their commitment to restore our number 9560200711.
Please look into this matter immediately, as all the payments of all our number is outstanding. And we will not make any payment
without resolution of this issue.

We have been holding 12 Airtel post paid account in the name of "Sunshine Residency Resorts Pvt Ltd".
Below mentioned are the phone numbers being used,

We have being using Mobile No : 9560200711 for our marketing purpose, so this has been distributed and used with our company name. Because of disconnection of this number we are serving loss.
This problem has started with SMS pack recharge at Airtel Center at shoprixx Mall Sector 61, we have applied for 100 rupee SMS pack. And then after we utilized SMS service and SMSed some thousand SMS's. Thereafter a month later we have received a bill of more than 6000/- Rs, in which more than half amount was SMS usage amount.
After having lot of discussion with the Customer care team at 121 we are unable to receive a waiver on the same. Whereas our marketing number 9560200711 is now permanently disconnected.
We want the problem with bill and waiver should be resolved so that we can make the payments of all the bills immediately. Until this problem is resolved we find no bill clearance of all above mentioned number.
