I am Himanshu Chandra, having Airtel no- 9997481884. I am using this no from last two or three years and I did’t get any problem. I also don’t want any kind of VAS service on this no. Whenever Hello Tune had activated from your side, I called you and dactivated that service, and you people refund my dedacted amount.
Last time on 28th April in after noon I got one msg from 543211 that hello tune has been activated and Rs.45 has been deducted from my account. I called cust care but didn’t get any solution. After that my 121 calling service was barred and my A/c bal was nil. Than on 2nd May I got one more msg from 510100010 that your Airtel Talkies has been activated at 10:33AM. After 11 min I got one more msg from AW51010 at 10:44AM that your Airtel Talkies has been deactivated and Rs.10 was deducted from my balance. (When my bal was nill and my services was barred than how can I act Airtel Talkies service).
On 5th may I got one call from 9997460575 that if I’ll recharge my no with Rs.200 than I’ll get full talk time, I recharged but I got Rs.189 only. After that I got one more msg from cust care that your 3G service has been activated as per your request, but I didn’t give any request for 3G activation, because my all outgoing services were barred.
After that on 11th May at 9:02 AM I got one more msg that Hello Tune has been activated for 180 days and its rental Rs.120 has been deducted and song changed charge was also cut from my balance.
You people activated all services from your side and blames to customer that he activates all services. And cut all the amounts from customer’s accounts. Whenever customer calls at cust care than response is NO REPLY, CALL DISCONECTED Etc. over all customer gets no solution.
I have all the recordings of cust care convertations, and sending with attachment. Your executives disconnect the call without any solution and barred Cust care calling, and activate lots of chargeable services from their side.
So I want back all the solution and my all deducted amount.
Kindly resolve this as soon as possible and give me its feedback.
