It is the incident of last month, dated around 27 april.
balance of 215 RS. was deducted for hellotune services on my Fathers prepaid connection whose number is 08085597668.
we have registered our complain in customer care but they only satisfying us and doing nothing seriously.
in starting they blamed us and replied that we had called for activating services, but when we apposed it forcefully they accepted that the call was from thier side.
whatever they are doing is completely thier carelessness as they are still unsucceded in solving our problem from last 2 weeks.
we need serious action.
