Dear Mr. Mittal,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had an airtel mobile connection with the number 919871189331 with the internet services. i used this number for almost 4 years and paid all the bills regularly. it was about 8 months back when i discovered that out of the bill amount of 10500, more than 8000 is being charged for the internet services. after that i requested customer care executives about 5 times for the change of internet plan which was 299 for the same amount of usage.
They didnt changed the plan and again i kept paying the bills regularly till february and after that i stopped paying it as it was enough of making requests time and again and your persons not acting on it.
And now your guys are regularly harassing my friends and my family for the pending amount, which i will not bear anymore.
You are requested to look into the matter and do the needfull.
