I am using Airtel Mobile (9868207150) connection. My April bill month was Rs. 2480 in which WAP charges contribution was Rs. 2128. which was not used by me. I am continuously complaining about this to customer care, appellate officer and nodal officer and after complaining several time they are not solving my problem and now they did disconnect incoming and outgoing of my number. I am asking for my WAP charges detail from past one month and they did not take any steps towards of it. i did try several time to consumer care and No of mails to all authority of AIRTEL but did not get any solution so far i am helpless in tthis case.
Please help me for the solution of my problem
