Getting STD facility

I want to convert my aitel telephone from local to STD. The local office has already stopped its customer care centre and everything is controlled online. it has certainly curtain expenses of the Company but the it has increased the inconvenience of the customers. the quality of audio in online computer is very poor and customer care staff is too busy and too rude to give attention to the public. The Customer care staff is assuming that public is quite accustomed with computer.
