Incorrect bill and no response of queries

Hi,

Airtel has generated an Incorrect bill on 22/08 while my bill generation date is 11/09. There are several mistakes in this bill:

- The total bill amount is Rs.31576.48 instead of Rs.1432.80

- Activation Charges put as Rs.3999.00 which should be 0.00

- DSL Registration Fee put as Rs.10000.00 which should be 0.00

My Airtel Account details are:

Account No - 7005174094

Landline No - 01204102448

DSL No - 01206020357_dsl

I wrote to Customer Care and nodl officer but no one has responded on it. I just got only automted acknowledge mail. It is making me tense and increasing my blood pressure as the amount is very high as compare to real amount. I am unable to pya the amount. It is consumer harasment by Airtel.

Please help to resolve the issue.
