Deduction of hello tune charges without accepting the request

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I want complaint against airtel's hellotune service.

First thing Airtel making a call for hellotune request and other services are from direct numbers (might be computerized programmings generated), but there is no such indication services. Hence we are unable to pick the call & back call it the service is automatically get activated.

Same thing happens with me, myself sachin gaikwad & one of the customer of airtel with mobile number 09960 087963 becomes the victim of their system fault. On date 23/09 i had missed call from 9096539026 which from Airtel hellotune service, when i called that number i listen the information regarding their services & ended the call. But immediately i got the message from airtel that i choose a hellotune and 45 INR are deducted from my account immediately. This is there system fault 100 %, i know they will prove that i dialed this number & choose the particular hellotune.

But i want system more easy to distinguish between the real number & Airtel service number, this is going to help millions of mobile user as they are facing the same problem of deduction of balances due to mobile service providers system fault, better give the consumer a chance to choose to call or not.
