I have been trying to get in touch with a so-called "customer care executive" of Airtel on their toll free 121. After dialling options 6, 5, it takes you to an option asking your confirmation about 50p charge for a 3 minute talk with the customer care executive. When I press 1 (to confirm) it just answers "dial 121#... to know your balance, thank you for contacting airtel...
I really am fed up with Airtel's "go to hell" customer care attitude. This is not the first time, even before on several occasions I have faced this problem.
I have therefore left a complaint on their website and I got a reply that someone will contact me in 2 days...(2 days to address a customer's complaint???). Just waiting for this conversation and then I will switch over to some other service provider.
I think the Chairman Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal should take a personal assessment of his company rather than talking big!!!
