Please find the communication I had with the OLIVE company officials regarding the faulty handset. They are not solving the problem. I am so disturbed financially and mentally. Please look into the subject and help me with a favorable solution.

My valuable man hour and about 3L of petrol will be spent each time. On 26/12 they returned the handset telling it is “OK” but cannot confirm that it will not break down. I asked for replaced as I have informed from Bangalore Olive officials. They told they will say that “But lot of cases are pending “ and they are not in a position to promise about it.
I received the handset on 26/12. But the same problem of auto off was seen on 30/12. I called u and talked about it on 02/01. You advised me to surrender the same to ADR Technology once more. Since I was on official tour to our head office I was not able to hand over these days and I am going to ADR Technologies today (11/01).
Please be kind enough to sort out the problem on a permanent basis. I am looking forward for good outcome with patience.
