Dear Airtel,
I hope you remember me and would be able to recall our discussions a year back on the poor services by Airtel!
Just to site another example, I hd lodged a complaint with your call center on 13th March at 22:59, ticket #: 10011112543, which was to be attended on the 14th March by 10:30m.
I called again as a follow up to this complaint and I was informed by yoru agent Vijay Bhargava that your engineer Rakesh had attended the complaint on the 14th March at 09:16am and he had met my wife... just to inform you, my wife is a working women and leaves the house by 8:00am every morning and I leave fo work around 09:30am or so... Rakesh had closed the ticket on his own and your call center agent refused to pass the call to the supervisor as I wanted to escalate the matter!
Needless to say, I strongly believe that Airtel services are absolutely useless and good for nothing! If this is the treatment metted to an ex-employee (I havd worked with Airtel for 4 years approx). then, don;t know what would be happening to all those innocent people who have been duped by your sales team to sign up for the services and pay a good amount each month to Airtel.
Letr me knwo what you would like to say in defending this incident, I would be waiting to hear the story.
