Un-subscription of FS-Airtel music portal service

Dear Sir,

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel. My Mob No: 9893169715, on Dec 1st week i mistakly subscibe a music portal service from airtellive and after that my account deduct by Rs 5/ per day. So i talk to the customer care executive Mr Arvind Kushwah for the matter and also requested to un-subscribe the services. He also reply to stop the service within 24 hrs and giving me the request ref no-CBDMD21217267203, But it doesn't happen, my account deducted by Rs 5/every day, So i further talk to Chanchal Dixit for the same request as to un-subscribe the service of FS-Airtel Musuc Portal service. She also politly reply the same but my account already deducted by Rs 5/ as on 19.01.2011 todays.

So, plz complaint the matter as urgent to you and also refund the amount as soon as possible to me.
