Postpaid to prepaid

My mobile No. Airtel 9994973832, letter given to Trichy Airtel Lobby, Thillai Nagar and amount Rs.1380.00 paid (2.11.11/ 12.36 hours) towards full settlement for changingover to prepaid facility. They assured me it will take time 24 hours to activate . but unfortunately it had not done till now, in the meantime I have recharged Rs.234 and done booster pack 225. When contacted to airtel customer service, they informed me it take another 24 hours. Now nearly 57 hours passed. I am totally fedup and confused regarding their service.

Kindly advice in this regard for further course of action.
