my morning was going good but jai se hi maine apne mobile internet
brows karna suru kiya my money is deducting for surfing to internet
but but mai aap ko btana chahata hoon ki main aapne prepaid connection
main 98 wala mobile office plan active karva rakha hai
my no..is (9910883707)...
main 98 ka plan 31 oct.2010 ko active kavaya tha...
main aap ko ye bhi btaa doo ki surfing ka mera blance to kahi raha hai
us ke satha hi plan ke ke satha jo surfing limit free miti hai wo bhi
deducted ho rahi hai... its means that double charges for single contiant...
maine airtel ki free help line 198 par mr. Amit... se bat ki to us ne
senior ko transfer kar raha hoon ye kah kar meri call ko
disconnected kar diya...
second time jab maine call kiya (198) to call ko attend karte hi kat
diya...
third time bhi yahi kiya ur company's CCE ne aur call discnnet kar di...
aur teen bar se jayada to (198) ki call lagti hi nahi hai...
after that main aap ke 12118 (this call is chargeble for Rs.0.50 every three minuts) help line no.. par call ki meri ms. Rashmi
se bat hui usne bhi senior ko transfer kar raha hoon ye kah kar
meri call ko disconnected kar diya...
than again i try airtel help line no but no one can answer me & help me
i at least 5to7 time im calling to 12118 help line no...
...12118 help line is chargeable but no one can answer me...
...main aaj Rs.12 to 15 sirf airtel ke help line no se bat kar
ne par kharcha ki...
but airtel guy r relay a &&&&&& jo aapna kaam karna hi nahi
chate...
these are the airtel staff and CCE... are use less
after this happend they are cut my balance Rs.07 & my balance goes to Rs.-05...
fir maine aapna account rechage kraya Rs10 se...
jis mai mujhe Rs.01.07 mila... but sir airtel fir se...
Rs.05 something deducted kar mere balance ko Rs.-04 something kar diya...
sir maine airtel ko 2 time email bhi ki [email protected] par...
but sir they are not help...
i hope you take some action againts airtel...
