Cheating by Airtel for postpaid billing with DSA

I have been cheated by Airtel from the 3 years and every time they excuse and escape once i paid the bill.

This was the mail which i sent ti Airtel Customer care which will clearly expalin the cheating.

Past from the 3 months I have expalined to somany people which is everytime from the scratch as i was getting call from diffrent people each time.

Hi,

I am having mobile postpaid number 9611XXX397 past from the 3 years

and till Sep2010 it was fine with lot of conclusion and unnessery

charges and reverted while paying.

after Sep payment i stooped paying because of irresponsiblities shown

by Airtel. My connectioin got deactivated and in Feb Month I

called for final settlement as i was planned for number portabilities,

they came up with some 4000 change amount of bill in that i said

remove all unwanted charges I will pay it of, finally they come up

with final settlement bill 4000 which i do agreed and paid on Feb 23

2011.

as soon i paid my connection got activated and requested for number

portabilities, immdiatly i got somany request from airtel and they

said value added customer and they gave diffrent plan and some 15%

discount on monthly bill, i agreed and desided to be with Airtel.

and as soon my plan changed i got message saying your old account

outstanding 882 rupees transfred to new account it was 21:00 night,

Immdiatly i called customer care and enquired they said its system

genered message please ignore.

and then onwards i have expalined somany people, managers from airtel

and everyone is said they will come back but no one returned as of

now.

Today my out going also barred. called customer care also: ref number F877708010

I would like to inform clearly: when i made final settlement Feb 23

2011 which i have complete receipt and clear details of that.

I am ready to pay whatever usage and monthly rental after Feb 23

which is genune.

I am giving 24 hrs time to resolve this issues else i will file a case

againest Airtel and even i will screw that DSA who collected final

settlement.

I will not pay even one rupees extra which Airtel have cheated me.

Only 24 hrs time and dont call me after 24 hrs which will be no use.

I lost my control now expalining each customer care person, and i dont

have time also for the same
