Dear sir/ madam
I have recharged with Rs.333/- two times on 25th sept and Rs.222/- on 04th october through sbi mobile banking on my airtel mobile no.-9663442333. my sbi bank a/c has been debited on those date but recharge not done on my mobile. I am complaining regularly to airtel customer care since 26th sept at first they told that u have to send the bank statement, I have sent more then 12 times the bank statement, but they told that they are not getting my attached bank statement, then I have sent again with cc to my another email, then I have got the attachment, but the airtel have not got any attachment, how? after that they told that they got the statement but they want it through fax also, they gave me two fax no, that was invalid. I have tried many times, but fax was not going due to invalid no.
they are telling that they have not got any request to above recharge and advise to contact to banking service provider, even in the statement it is clearly visible.
I am an employee of sbi, so I have seen the mobile banking suspense a/c, there are not any amount, so I have to beg to return my money (rs.888/)from airtel
so, kindly resolve my problem and obilige me, i am facing this problem from more than 36 days.
