I had used easymobilerecharge website to recharge my two prepaid mobile numbers for Rs.200 each. Instead of talk time, Airtel has given me intrnet/ value added facilities for Rs.200 which can only be used in 3G mode. I donot have 3G facility and handset which supports 3G. Moreover I am interested in talk time and nt internet etc. I called Airtel several times to change the recharge to talktime but they refused. When I wrote to easymobilerecharge people, they have clearly stated that Airtel has given me this package.

I request airtel to convert the package into talktime.

The mail from easymobilerecharge is as below:

Dear Seema

Your recharge for Rs. 200 was successfully processed from our end.

We only do the recharge and whatever the benefits available on the

recharge are given to customer by the operator.

We have also placed the check box while placing the order that you

have confirmed with the operator customer care before placing the

order.

This is all because we don't provide the talktime/ special benefits.

It is decided by the operator. Also operators often change their

plans. So we are unable to update the customers about the changing

tariff plans.

You can contact with operator customer care and check with them what

you had got with your recharge.
