Dear Sir,
My residence telephone number (0120) 413 2662 is not functioning more than a month. The complain request no. 4113490 was also raised on 15th Sept with Bharti Airtel Ltd in this regard. Whenever we are enquiring with Airtel customer support team, they are giving a standard reply that due to some technical problem, it would take some more time to resolve, which is continuing more than a month. During this period, the monthly bill got generated twice and also cleared (value Rs. 1177/- & Rs. 800/- ) as per the advice of Airtel customer support team. They told us, if we don't clear the bill, the service request would never be addressed. Now, even after that, the telephone line is still inactive.
We would like to seek your help to resolve this issue. Either they restore the telephone line, else they give our money back so that we can approach a different service provider.
