I am the user of mobile no 9896210500. i have activated GPRS service pack for using internet of rs. 98/month for 2 GB on my number on 13-04-10 and airtel customer executive form 121 has guided me for doing setting for this.that executive has guided me wrong. due to this instead of only 98 rs. charges 1854 in april, 3722 in may and 1238 in june was included in my bill for Airtel live 98 for GPRS. i have filed complaint on local & mohali office, but the told me that its my fault that i should know the technical details. after three months of harassment that had given me only 1000 rs waver. but i am not satisfied. i have the bill under protest because they are disturbing me for bill payments. t request you to please see into the matter and do the needful action
