I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL AND MY PREPAID NO. IS 9546658092. ON 25th OF NOVEMBER I HAVE ACTIVATED A 5 Rs GPRS PLAN WHICH WAS NOT AN AUTO RENEWAL PLAN (as details provided by AIRTEL Customer Care at 121). AS IT WAS NOT AN AUTO RENEWAL PLAN, THEN AFTER ON 26th OF NOVEMBER BALANCE OF Rs.5/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CALLED AIRTEL COMPLAIN HELPLINE AT 198, THEY HAD REFUNDED RS. 5 TO MY ACCOUNT AND TOLD THAT BY MISTAKE IT WAS BEEN CHARGED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY ALSO INFORMED ME TO DEACTIVATE THE PLAN BY DIALING *567*2#. WHEN I HAVE DIALED THIS NUMBER FOR DEACTIVATION, THE RESPONSE I GOT THAT "SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER SOMETIME OR CALL 198". AFTER THAT WHENEVER I AM DIALING *567*2#, THE SYSTEM IS GIVING THE SAME RESPONSE. AGAIN ON 27th OF NOV. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.5 AND WHEN I CALLED 198, EVERY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS SIMPLY RECEIVING AND DISCONNECTING THE CALL. IN THE EVENING ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE NAMED "MD. ALAM" TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO HIS SENIOR.EXECUTIVE AND AN SENIOR EXECUTIVE NAMED"UDAY TIWARI" ANSWERED THE CALL AND TALKED VERY RUDELY, INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ANY HELP AND TOLD THAT "YOU HAVE TO DO IT BY YOURSELF". NOW Rs. 5 IS DEDUCTING DAILY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOBODY FROM AIRTEL IS HELPING ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM.
