I am writing this email, to complaint about the services provided by Airtel North East Circle.

I applied for Mobile Number Portability, I wanted to port in from vodafone.

My application date was 5th August and porting time allotted was 12th August.

My port in mobile no. is 919838814371.

My Unique Porting Code is VE555231.

Till now my airtel number has not been activated and vodafone has already disconnected my services after 12th August.

Its been a week, and the number is still not activated by airtel.

In this weak times everyday i visited the airtel relationship center, each time they make an excuse and I am told to wait for the next day it will be done, but i guess its not working this way.

I even contacted the nodal officer on Thursday, 18th August, she gave me words that my sim would get activated in next 24hours, but it wasn't the case either, and i was not even contacted by any of the airtel people.

I am very disappointed by the services that are provided by the airtel. Well, right now I am just regretting why I left vodaone, and joined airtel, where the service provider is not just concerned about their customers.

I hope necessary action would be taken and my number would be activated soon.
