From past 5 years I'm using Airtel mobile number 9845035308. As I was verified my last month Bill number124133860 dated 21.12.2009 and the bill period 20.10.2009 top 19.11.2009.
Generally I'm not receiving the itemised statement. But this time when I requested the Customer care they have sent the itemised statement to my official mail id on 04.12.2009 and when I cross check that I found that they charged September month cost also in between the October and November month bill. (in page number 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16). When I requested to the customer care on 03.12.2009 and I was not got any answer from them. Once again I have approached customer care on 04.12.2009 then they informed me that they have raised the complaint with SR No.29744250 and then will get back to me with in 7th of Dec as my bill due date was 9.12.2009. Till now I have not received any mail or call from the customer care. Now I was in doubt that they may be many times they have generated this type of bills as I was not aware as I'm using this number (98450 35308) from past 5 years.
