Billing Issue

Hi,

In the current month bill, they (Airtel) have charged me charges for GPRS and New Bill Plan and for the same i have never raised any request to change my bill plan or to activate GPRS feature. These charges which have been charged on to me have been charged in the bill of Dec'2009 and after writing mails to me they have waived but this again they have charged to me.

Kindly look in to the matter ASAP.
