Non initiation of sim card

I am a defence employee and i was using airtel prepaid no 9915513574 for 6 months. However i wanted the same to be changed to post paid connection with same number. For same, i gave all my documents including serving certificate my photos duly attested and my application form with old prepaid sim to Sales officer of bharti airtel limited of pathankot region, Mr Rippan sharma, for the same on 19 Nov 09, as desired by him. However inspite repeated requests and reminders, the individual was unable to start connection on the new sim card. Now, the individual more often does not pick my calls or keeps giving lame excuses.i Have lost quite substantially due to the this erratic behaviour of the firm employees towards its customers.
