I was using Airtel Corporate connection since Jan with monthly rental Rs 249 and there is other services was active on my number i.e. SMS pack for Rs. 98 and Unlimited GPRS Services for

Rs. 98. SMS pack was active to my airtel mobile number 88610XXXXX, and I was able to send 200 Local Nation SMS/day and there will be no charge even though I will be in ROAMING (The

information has been provided by Airtel Customer Care) But When I received my Airtel bill for the month of Jun I noticed that there is some amount which was for SMS (200 Local National SMS

/Day) when I spoke with Airtel Customer care number they told me there is some roaming charge on SMS when i was in Roaming. I am just in dilemma when information was correct. The one which

has been provided before take services or the second which has been given in billing. After a wrong billing, I placed a request to cancel my number and Airtel executive has told me it will be canceled

by 9th July 11 A.M. and I will get a conformation call just before deactivating my number and then my number will get deactivated but I have not received any conformation call and number has

been deactivated on 5th July when I was waiting very important call from somewhere and due to this unexpected deactivation I have lost those call.
