Respected Sir/Madam,

I have a Airtel Prepaid Card which was converted from a Post Paid card to Prepaid Connection. As it was told to me by the Airtel customer agents that if you are going abroad you should convert in to prepaid so that you can keep that number activated (Mobile Number 9960655554) and still I am staying in London, but its been more than a month my Airtel card is not working even though I used to recharge it frequently. But I never used that number from UK as I had kept this number to just receive messages from my close ones in India. When I spoke to the customer service agents they told me that this number is permanently de-activated because of non usage. So I just want to complain against the company. I don't understand how can they permanently de-activate my number without informing me. Also when I spoke to Mr Sudharshan (Nadal Officer of Maharashtra and Goa Airtel department), he told me that this number is now permanently de- activated and will be available for new customers after few days. Therefore I asked him to book the number in my name so that I can get the same number back. But he refused to do so. In that case the company is being unjust to me just because they want to sell this number keeping in my mind their own benefits (As it is a platinum number)
