Airtel "Internet On" is service not working!

This is a complaint about a Reliance marketing executive, team leader and their behavior. On 18-8-7 Saturday I have called Reliance marketing executive Mr. Prashanth to purchase data card. I asked him on phone that how much time it will take to deliver a data card to me? He answered that, within one hour he will give the data card and active my connection and he also said that with in one hour you whole process will be completed and you can browse the internet. That time I was in very usage of internet. I have urgent mails to send to my company. After hearing this I have called him to my home.

At my home I asked him about the plans and terms. He was un-successful in explaining the plans and terms. He doesn’t have enough knowledge about the product. He had taken Rs. 500/- as advance along with my Photostat documents. After that till today he is not getting in touch with me. Many times I have called him on his mobile, but he is rejecting or not lifting calls from my mobile. Some times he wontedly answered my calls by other persons by saying he forgotten his mobile at home. Some times Mr. Prashanth lifted my calls and said that, “No stock is here in entire Warangal. I am trying to get a data card especially for you from Hyderabad. The company is not providing sufficient data cards to us, many customers are in waiting list.”

After six days losing my work with Internet, I gone to his office, he is not their, so I have taken the team leader Mr. Ravi's mobile number 9399957100 and I have called him. I asked him that, “you people were failed to give data card in time. So return my money along with the documents which Mr. Prashanth has taken from me.” I thought that, by hearing like this they will give the data card immediately. But Mr. Ravi answered that, in the evening you will get the money and documents.” Now its 12.30PM till the team leader Mr. Ravi had also failed on his promise.

In the evening I have purchased a data card from another reliance web world, by using the data card I am mailing you. I contact the Reliance web world about this issue, they told me to complaint to Reliance call center. I tried to complaint on this issue to call center executive. he refused to take, this type of complaints and advised me to collect your money, documents in a good manner.

This is the example of how companies are cheating consumers bad gaining profits. They are appointing irrespective, irresponsible employees. The companies also like these irrespective, irresponsible employees.
