Daer Sir,

I rechrged my mobile on 12.08.2010 by Rs.64.00 to get 100 SMS free daily for 30 Days. The Trans. ID no.for this recharge is 192766555.I sent about 70 SMS on 13.08.10 morning with impression that I have enough SMS balance but the above service provider deducted money @ Rs.1.00 per SMS from my main Balance.

I immediatly called to customer care and informed them the total issue. After 3 attampts they given me a complaint no.which is 0813136652 and assured me that your issue will be taken up and the money will be credited to your account but so far nothing happened.

Similar incident happened one month back when I got massage about my best recharge offer in which it was mentioned that if I recharge by Rs.340.00, I will get full balance. Rs.306.00 (arround) immediatly and rest within 72 hours which, inspite of lodging complaint to customer care, I could not received.

Kindly take the matter appropriatly and resolve the issues. Kindly also note that if the issues will not be taken care, I will have to think to change operater.
