I purchased USB Net connect two days back and already installed driver in laptop. I am able to make outgoing call and receive incoming call but still i am not able to browse internet. I am getting alert message REMOTE SERVER NOT RESPONDING IN TIMLY MANNER. This is the problem i am facing from first day i taken your connection. In last 48 hours i called customer care 100 times and every one says it would take only 2 hours to resolve but still it's not working. I have to go remote that's why i am going for Netconnect but if it's not working in it's own circle how can i believe it will work in roaming. If it was backend problem then why reliance people sold me connection.
