No proper service!

Today morning I got message that VAS download is done and 578/- is deducted from my account. With out any prior notification this was done. And 578 is not a small amout. Just 2days back i had recharged for Rs 650 and out of thet with a deduction of Rs 578 now the balance is under negative. Thrice I spoke to airtel customer care, but no proper response. One of them said that the recharge on my number has been done default. How could this happen. I myself have done the online recharge from ICICI bank and next movement the Rs 650 was deducted from my ICICI Account. Now the balance is under negative and all my outgoing calls also have been banned. AirTel i am sick of this service. Never ever do a mistake of taking an airtel connection especially in Maharashtra.
