I have been writing in to Blackberry for quite sometime now regarding my complaint, emails after emails have been written to them, but they just do not respond effectively or even timely. My handset is only 14 months old and has given me trouble 3 times, with it being returned to the service centre of Blackberry in bangalore just 3 months after its purchase. Now that the warranty period for free service is over, they are refusing to recognise that it was bad piece of hardware and no one is taking ownership of the issue or even folloing up with me.
I sincerely request some redressal of my complaint.
