Blackberry 9360
Defective handset

Hi,

Have bought newly launched Blackberry 9360 on 7th march from day one the battery is getting heated up if i use phone for more than 10 min.

Battery getting drained in 8 hours only, phone is hangs up very fast.please let me know what to do. Its not month old and am facing problems.
