Rs.125 and Rs.98 Recharge get 0 (Zero) balance

Dear sir,

Here is my aircel recharging detail

Date : 03-29

Transaction Numbers: RJR12032719581100200 for Rs.125/- and RJR12032912161200357 for Rs.98/-

Mob No: 8561000164

Recharge Amount: Rs.125.0 and Rs.98 respectively

I recharge my aircel no. 8561000164 on 27th march and 29th march respectively using mobile recharge through Aircel dealer, i got a message through DD etopup that your mobile No. has been recharge with Rs.125 and Rs. 98 and you have got 0.0 rupees in balance, it was shocking that i always use to recharge my mobile that way. At this time how it happen? No response from dialing 121, 198 etc.etc.

Please look into the matter, and do the needful.
