Govt has started number change portability.. but BPL ame up with a new thing u can change service provider only when u r in Base plan for 90 days unless and untill u cannot change yr service provider.. which is unfair.. coz base call charges are higher more than double of actual charges provided by other mobile service providers and sms charges are almost 10 times 1 Rs where other service provider charges 10 paisa.. as well as there is network issue which is faced when we activate Base plan..
