Hello sir,

I am ankush using your broadband connection having number (01725018498). I have a complaint. against billing because during installation of broad band your agent (sahib lal) working in sector 35 commit me that their is no installation charge but when i get my first bill... their is a charge of 285 rs. for installation. when I complaint this in customer care... they write the complaint but didn't give any result... when I call (sahib lal) for this... they said it is not possible.if it is not possible then how he commit for this... this kind of attitude your agents shows... toward customer... it is very discusting...

they did not give me any waver... when I complaint in sector 35 in yous connect office..even they did not show me any positive response... this is very bad behaviour with customer...

please give me the resolution of this... as soon as possible
