Sub: Broad Band Connection to my residence –reg.

I had submitted an application on date 24.11.2011 enclosing the receipt of Rs.500/- for getting the broad band internet connection under home plan. The details of which are as below:

Receipt No : 7500324111100189

ID.No : 40157662

T.No : 15422744081.

Now 15 days have elapsed and BSNL staff has not come to provide the telephone connections due to which my works related to internet are getting affected badly.

It is requested to expedite the matter and direct the staff for providing the broad band connections to my residence at the earliest without causing much delay please.
