Phone remains dead plenty of times

since last 6 months we are facing lot of trouble as every 3rd 4th day the telephone is dead.

it being used for patients during emergency, it requires permanent solution.

the concerned authority do not take it seriously after more then 100 complaints.

please bring permanent solution to this problem.
