Landline Phone dead

Sir/Madam,

My telephone 27945037 is dead since yesterday. When I make complaint on 198 or 27222198 with my mobile phone, my complaint is not being taken fully and at the time of giving my contact number the service is abruptly coming to a stop. Kindly do needful to rectify my phone.
