This is really hopeless when a company like airtel behave like this. I have multiple connection from airtel. I got my bill which was over billed. I requested at 121 several times but not settled but they have closed all calls mentioning that the my phone and alternative number was not reachable however i keep my phones on days and nights, so i didn’t submitted my bill.so i keep getting payment followup calls and i kept explaining them all. Finally it was really stunned me when they have barred my calls.
i request you to please wave off all over charges and let me know for MNP for all my connections.
I am with airtel since last 8 years and paid all the bills well in time.
i shall be thankful if you resolve it asap
