NON RESPONSIVE TO CONNECTION REQUEST

DEAR SIR,

THIS IS WITH REFERENCE TO MY REQUEST TO BHARTI AIRTEL LTD TO PROVIDE ME WITH A LANDLINE PHONE CONNECTION AT MY RESIDENCE IN BHOPAL.I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED TO BHOPAL FROM JABALPUR BY MY ORGANISATION AND MY OLD PARENTS ARE STAYING WITH ME AND I NEED TO STAY CONNECTED TO THEM REGULARLY, MORE SO BECAUSE I AM OUT OF TOWN ALMOST 5 DAYS AWEEK. MY PARENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE MOBILE PHONES AND THUS THE NEED ARISES OF A LANDLINE PHONE.I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOSLY FOLLOWING UP WITH AIRTEL EXECUTIVES SINCE LAST 3 WEEKS AND THEY HAVE BEEN ASSURING ME THAT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM THERE IS A DELAY IN THE PROCESS AND VERY SOON THEY WILL BE INSTALLING THE PHONE.HOWEVER THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END TILL DATE AND THEY SEEM TO BE VERY VERY CASUAL IN THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.

SUCH A POOR PROFESSIONAL APPROACH FROM A COMPANY LIKE BHARTI AIRTEL IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTED.
