Hi, I purchased a new mobile phone from Sony Ericsson ShowRoom, Gurgaon. This phone was not at all tested before releasing in the market. Secondly, when I went back to the Showroom owner, he cooly escaped by putting the ball on the service center. When I went to Service Center, they kept on taking the customer for a ride. I took half-a-day permissions from my office to give my attendance at Service Center, if dont, then I am in deep trouble. Later could learn that even my regular attendance/visits to the Service Centers could not save me from deep trouble. Finally I gave up since I could understand that Sony Ericsson is good for nothing company and I need to change my mind set and go for Nokia or any other phones.
I am a die hard fan of SE but their constant irratic behaviors and continuous selling of worst models to the best customers like me I feel that I am wasting my time & energy by visiting the showroom & service centers regularly for a fix or exchange.
