I have made complainet of my land line phone no 2211188 on 21/06 at 05 45 pm and complaint no 1003833170 and today 24/06 again i received an message that my complaint is resolved but my phone is still not working i just ask the bsnl people why these people are sending wrong statement and why don't these people not understand the value of time and giving wrong statement i just ask that who is responsible for giving these wrong statement and why a customer is suffered
